Repair person was a no show on the agree date. Text the flowing date with a message that he was on the way. Did not apologize for not showing up . Repair the microwave and left.

Not good person skills. Poor eye contact. Hard to understand. However, the diagnosis of the problem was good. The payment method was complicated. He assumed I would know how to use the link. Older adults have issues on technologies today. I’m not alone.

It would have been nice to have been told up front that most all repairs will have a $300 labor charge if work is completed. For just a little more money I can purchase a new dryer. Could have saved the diagnostic charge had I know the additional labor charges.

I can’t tell from the emails what the technician found or what he did to fix it. Before he came it wouldn’t make ice. Now it does but the ice is cloudy. He made reference in one of the emails that it needed cleaning but I did immediately clean it after he was here the first time. So I still don’t know what was wrong.

This group is a farce. It is all run by bots, there is no way to communicate with a person prior to or following the visit. A repair person did actually show up about 4 hours later than scheduled. He clearly had no intention of diagnosing or repairing anything. And basically looked at the machine from the outside and determine it needed $1000 dollars in parts and would not be worth it to repair. He did zero diagnostics. He collected the $140 diagnostic visit fee and left. My wife and I actually took the panel off after he left and easily found the problem and fixed it in about 5 minutes. The repairman, didn't even try. I am 100% sure this is a bogus operation, and I was taken. Do not use them!

Pissed about my appointment to get my stove repaired I have a 5-year warranty on my stove they supposed to came out on the 19th said that no one was home I am retired and so is my veteran husband we're home 24/7 also have cameras that never showed the tech coming to my house at all on the 19 I was on my porch from 3:00 to 5:00 in the evening to get my grandbabies from the bus which they said that they came out at 3:00 something and nobody was home I have grandchildren I'm raising an retired veteran that I take care of and I can't cook on my stove for the whole weekend now pissed
