I do not ever plan to do business with Sears Home Services again. The scheduling process was ineffective and frustrating and time consuming for me, as the technicians are always overbooked and rarely keep to the repairs scheduled in the afternoons. After 3 no shows, Denny came out around 7 p.m. to repair my washer. Also, there is no way to actually speak to a human being. Everything is automated which is very inefficient. I give Denny 5 stars and Sears 0 stars.
