Technicians were great. Calling protect numbers frustrating. Most people could not be understood. Did not understand problems. Parts service sloppy. Lots of wrong info on diagrams. Communication from protect non existent. Unable to get service reps to understand what needed to be done. Have had sears master protect over 20 years and this the worst customer service ever

The AI phone operating service to request an appointment is RIDICULOUS. Can't even talk to a real person to talk about our issue. Technician never called when they "arrived" to our home for our appointment... we were sent a photo of the address they were at... not even our house!!!! So we tried to call back, and nobody answered the phone... Horrible waste of time.
