Technicians were great. Calling protect numbers frustrating. Most people could not be understood. Did not understand problems. Parts service sloppy. Lots of wrong info on diagrams. Communication from protect non existent. Unable to get service reps to understand what needed to be done. Have had sears master protect over 20 years and this the worst customer service ever

Tyler was a no-show. The part is still sitting on the pallet. This is the THIRD appointment with the technician NOT showing up. And I receive a payment receipt which I did NOT sign. I've already paid $100 - is this not subtracted from the amount? And I cannot CONTACT ANYONE at Sears regarding this complaint. If I could give a 0, I would. You told me to call 1-800-469-4663 for further assistance, but this is just an automated call and I cannot talk to a real person regarding this. How does visiting the sear web site going to assist me further with technicians not showing up and receiving service?
