Washer and Dryer
Washer was a tricky challenge. Dryer was simple maintenance. Sears sent Joel to figure out the machines. His 30 years of experience were very useful. Good man. I was delighted with the results. Price was as estimated prior to Joel arriving. I was pleased with the Sears/Joel experience. A very good man.

Wayne is professional and knows what my trash compactor needed! Very pleased with Wayne!!! Your phone system and website needs complete redo. Your serviceman was to return after parts we ordered. Wayne even gave me an appointment to return. I never could find the appointment or get a message to confirm. There are at least 6 places that say confirm or reschedule and it leads you to a cancelation choice. Poor phone service and poor website. Also several references to call a phone number and the number is busy 24 hours a day
