Both technicians that came out were very nice. Our issue is the first part that was ordered was wrong. Frist tech ordered an additional part, but was unable to fix the machine because the original part was for a stacker washer. We were without a washer from 9/20 to 10/18. The washer was bought 9/18/23.

Unfortunately was unable to fix my appliance at a reasonable price. He checked several places but didn’t find a glass top reasonable for me. My fault will call sooner when having a problem
