Scheduled Twice and Repairman never showed. I scheduled Thursday 8-12. Received a text at 11:50 saying the would arrive at around 1:30. So I had to reschedule to go back to work. Rescheduled for the next day 8-12. Again, no one showed and no text alert that they were not coming. Finally at 5:40 pm , I receive a text that they cannot make it. So that is 8 hours out of my day waiting on a repairman, when I needed to be at work.

We are only satisfied with the service technician provided. I am still not pleased with Sears Home Services. I will never use them again. It them over 6 weeks to repair my oven. They were not truthful in the updates provided. FUTURE USER OF THEIR SERVICES BE WARE!

I never received a phone number to contact you!! Ed showed up not being able to fix problem. Then got on phone with his supervisor to make sure they would get their service fee for being there two minutes. He then left and forged my receipt. Then sent me an email that I accepted it. Shame

This Technician Joel is disrespectful, did not call or get text message on what time he would have been here. Sad if we weren't home he would have wasted a trip. Called Best Buy and told them to not to send this guy again. Second time he was disrespectful.

I had a repair man come August 7th told me he had to order parts.Cost to repair washer 622.00.Repairman told me he order parts but couldn't fix til morning of 15th.No repairman came so called them.Now repair isn't til the 19th they say.Now I have to go to expensive laundromat because everything is dirty. Fast to charge my card but slow about fixing

Robert did not show up twice but, said he was here then sign the acceptance form as though it was me!!! HOWEVER, Eli and Joel have been amazing with the repairs needed with efficiency and upmost ethical actions
