The serviceman was excellent. The 5 stars are for him. Unfortunately I bought a Sears Kenmore Elite fridge that started with a 111 model/serial # which parts are no longer available. This fridge is less than 6 yrs old and no parts available. That’s pathetic. I will never purchase an appliance from Sears again. It was over priced because the charge was $130 to be told nothing can be done.
