A&E does the work for Sears, and we had a technician came out to work on our washing machine. He did an excellent job.He went the extra mile, good worker! (Twice was Keith and once was Mike) Both have good educate, and friendly) The technicians were both good but A&E needs improvement. Sears extended warranty however is inefficient. It takes a month and a half to get the work done. The application process to get the work done is ran by AI, it took me 3 hours to get through to a person. Also the day of the appointment they texted that I'm being rescheduled, they did this three times. This is my third control board (3 separate tickets) 1 fill valve, one lid latch, and 3 shock absorbing rods ( to keep it from walking when on spin.) instead of refunding me for a washing machine they just keep replacing parts. The control board alone is over $500. And that has been replaced three times. It has to be approved by corporate before ordering the parts and the technician on the phone said that it's not uncommon to replace a control board every year. That tells me Sears sells junk!
