  2. Slow service

    It took 6 days to get the first service tech, 6 days to get parts in, and 9 days to get the next tech. I bought from Sears for service but never never again!

    Checked all possible causes for problem. Unfortunately the error we reported could not be duplicated Informed us that if problem reappeared within a few days a service charge would not be required
