Scott's the Best!
The dryer drum stopped turning and I was hoping our technician dispatched, was Scott (since I had previous great service with him and Sears Home Services). And, I was not disappointed. He found the broken belt and had it replaced in no time. He was used to the complicated removal of parts to get to replacing the belt. This comes with knowledge and experience. He also has a great personality and extortionary professionalism. He can fix anything!
