    This review is not based on the technician review they get a 5!!!! My fridge was not cooking properly and then the ice maker went out too during the covid 19 pandemic. I have a infant at home and all of groceries and milk that we got to prepare for a lock down were in fridge. With all the anxiety the country was going through we needed help asap. The first call was placed my husband in which the tech came out but had the wrong model number of fridge was written during the call so that trip was not able to be completed. I then had to call a total number of 4 times and spoke to Manuel , Fabiola,Heather which all got details wrong on the work order and were quickly to get me off the phone . My final call was with Melvin which took his time and addressed my concerns and he went over the entire work order in detail and even went over the food loss claim I could do. The other staff needs some additional training and learn from Melvin on properly helping clients who pay for warranty services. These warranties aren't cheap and people who ask for proper assistance during urgent times espicially with an infant want to be heard properly. People need to take accountability for their mistakes to grow in their areas of work. Thank you again to the tech and melvin who helped us property we greatly appreciate your hard work.

  2. Too Expensive / phone service terrible / too many emails

    Repairman was very nice, professional and i only needed parts/repair for both top and bottom racks. Price was ridiculously high for only taking 10 mins to make repair. I gave 3 stars because received email saying would be arriving at a time that I was told differently, so showed up unexpectedly. The one star is due to poor customer service when talking on phone, not friendly, not helpful, and extremely rude. The repairman gets 5 Stars on all.. Next time I will not be using Sears again, and do not recommend Sears.

    I called for service and they were able to schedule a tech within 2days. The tech arrived right on time. He was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He explained the problem and what repairs were needed. He left the laundry room clean and everything back in place.
