Roy did an outstanding job in fixing our ice makers. He offered tips on how to maximize the use of our dish washer and ice maker. He knew what he was doing.

Roy was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He took his time to find the problem. Unfortunately he had to fix something that the previous Tech Edgar refused to knowledge. Edgar immediately suggested it was something without even taking his time checking throughly. Due to that we have been under so much stress without a refrigerator working since December 2023. Spending so much money. Thankfully Roy was very good finding the problem. Over all he did a great job.
