    Technician did his best. Problem started from scheduling then to ordering part , tracking part , delivery of part , rescheduling technician once I picked up part, scheduled for morning but arrived after 4pm. Customer solutions, routing department and I forget what other departments I was transferred to trying to locate the technician was senseless. My Saturday was ruined sitting and waiting. I should send you an invoice for my wasted time!! Needless to say I installed the dang part and got it running. Got tired of waiting!! Extremely bad service with all these call services. To schedule someone between 8to5 is ridiculous! Technician was courteous and friendly! No problem there. Obviously, the routing division is beyond his control. Ps. Bottom star ratings are for the Technician only!!

  10. Technician (Omar) was excellent.

    The repairman's skill and knowledge levels were excellent. He identified the problem and took the necessary steps for correction. While the on-site service was 5-star. I can not say the same for the ease of accessing customer service to report the issue. The system put me on hold twice for more than an hour and then disconnected me. The on-hold message suggested I use the website portal to report the issue. Each time I went there, I received the message that the service was not currently available. This was over a two day period. Your customer service system is quite flawed. When I was finally able to talk to a real person, the young lady was helpful. The on-line and phone customer service is far from the quality of Sears in the past. Hence the two stars for communication Our kitchen appliances are all from Sears. I am not sure that will be the case when it comes time to replace.
