They came out some time in May and repaired a part. This cost me around $114. When we used the washer, the spin was so loud, it sounded like a jet engine. They came out again on June 9th and said it needed a part and they had it in stock, he would be back the following Thursday. When I received the scheduled date, it was July 14th. I called several times, chatted online, asked for a supervisor to call me back with no luck to change date. They finally changed the date to July 7th, a month with no washer. What would you do with no washer for a month? Luckily I have great neighbors and they allowed me to use their washer. They did come out on July 7th and washer is now fixed for another $414 repair. Our technician was great. He was very honest and told us the part would cost $100 but the cost to install it would be $500. It took 5 minutes to install! No complaints about the serviceman, he was excellent. Wait time for service was over 3 weeks! That's a long time to go without a washing machine! Then, the price for repair was HIGH. Fixed the problem quickly, 45 minutes, however charged $178 labor !!! Plus the $104 service fee, and wow !!!HI CHERYL ,We are so pleased to hear that you had such a positive experience.
