I didn't have any problems with the technician but with representative who didn't want to give me an appointment to check my refrigerator she was rude and very stupid like if we were dealing with cable tv or internet for example she told me to disconnect and wait a minute then reconnect the refrigerator pleaseHi Hiram,We are so pleased to hear that you had such a positive experience.
