I called for a fridge not making ice. The repairman came. Opened the door of my fridge and saw ice on the wall. He did not take the back of the fridge off to look at the condenser, fan, or anything. He told me that I need a new fridge and left. The fridge is cold. The items in my freezer are frozen solid. Upon trying to reschedule a visit I can't get anyone to answer the phone. The chat is useless. I can't find anyone to help me to actually have someone diagnose the issue with my fridge and I've paid over $150. Repairman was very helpful in terms of advice. However, the dishwasher still does not dry the dishes. I must hand dry.
