Brent arrived mid afternoon to repair the Whirlpool Cabrio washer. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He worked quickly to get the repair done and kept the area around the washer clean and tidy. He ran through 2 cycles to make sure the water was at a proper level before declaring the repair was complete.

Jeffery knows exactly what to do and does it efficiently. I wish that Sears customer service, via phone or chat, was as effective. The dismal customer support area of Sears customer service reflects poorly on the good work of their technicians! I could never reach live person to discuss their numerous scheduling failures. I will have reservations about ever using Sears Home Services again, due to the nonexistence of their Customer Service! Thank goodness that they have competent technicians,
