    Arrival On Time. Experienced Technician. Sears is very excellent at communicating, keep informing you the service date, and have a tracking system that you can see tech's location on the map.

  4. Good Service - Poor communication

    The female operator explained the charges of the repair & what to expect when he got to my home. She explained the 99$ included the tech to come out & give me a diagnostic. The service guy came out & he was great. At the end he mentioned he had to charge me another $40 for the diagnostic test he ran. I was told that it was included in the $99! So now my bill was $140 when I was told it was going to be $99 for the service I agreed to. It was WRONG!

    Service was easy to book. I was kept up to date on the arrival time and the repair was finished quickly. Everything was explained to me and I was shown the broken part. Washer running great now!

  7. Hard to get an appointment

    I was happy with the service man. But to get to that service was very difficult I was on the phone for 30 minutes to get an appointment. I was transferred to three departments before I got appointment.

    You can not get part. I have waited for resolve for over 2 months and filed a claim for replacement. Your communications and phone service are totally unsatisfactory and inefficient. You dont even know there was no visit.
