  1. This has been a horrible experience for me.

    You should be ashamed at the entire experience you have put me through over the past three days. From having trouble scheduling the first visit for my refrigeratotr to be fixed to the most rebcent yesterday when the repairman left a note that no one was home and that was not the case. Then, I tried to schedule an appointment for this morning and your customer service people didn' care and only gave me an appointment for tomorrow. I would not use Sears again and I have purchased a number of appliances from you.

    first appointment was friday from 12pm to 5pm : no show , no call second appointment was Tuesday form 1pm to 5 pm no calls, then show up at 4:45

  9. successful repair, very over-priced, bumpy logistics

    I was given a time slot of between 1 and 5, technician was overbooked and didn't arrive until 6:15, not his fault. Nice guy who seemed very experienced. Quickly diagnosed the problem and had the needed part on his van. Repair was quick and effective and he was kind and patient explaining a few things to my kids who were very interested. However the Sears pricing was absolutely outrageous... $429 grand total for a part with a retail value of $40 and 1 hour of this man's time, absolutely crazy pricing, the hourly labor rate that is added on top of the flat diagnostic fee is more expensive than a NY defense attorney.
