    The service was very good. Would have appreciated a call from the service company when the parts were in to be installed. It took a couple of phone calls to reach him & complete the service.

  10. service fine, but time frame of four hours is not

    The service was fine; making an appt. is extremely stressful with the four hour time frame. Sears needs to narrow the time frame and the service person needs to call more than 15 minutes ahead of time especially for when only one person is in the house. A two hour time frame is more reasonable and practical; four is too restrictive especially when the "chat" tells you the service person will call 30-40 minutes ahead of time and the call comes 15 minutes before the arrival! People have other things to do than wait four hours for a service call. The communication rating and on-time rating refer to the set up that Sears has for appts. The service and service tech were fine.
