He was very Professional and was very happy he had a lot of good experience the only drawback was it almost took a month to get the service man here but that wasn’t his fault`we are sorry to hear that you did not have a positive experience with Sears. Sears is coming back to do the job. My serves man do absolutely nothing ran washer and left no cleaning. In tha past 22 years thay have ben great , he was a nice guy but took avenge of me did nothing. If i would not have been knowledgeable i would have never even new that was the cace . The Tech was very polite and fixed the equipment just as I had hoped. The set up of the appointment by phone forgot to change the old telephone for the new one so they could not call me before arrival ( I was at work). Once my mom connected us I was able to explain and communicate with the Tech.Dear Lily, We are so pleased to hear that you had such a positive experience. guy got hung up and no one could notify me he would be so late, Not good for his welcome. Need to better support your techs. We were approved for a replacement and have heard nothing back from Sears despite my efforts. The service people who came out were great. It is Sears that I am so disappointed in . Just about ready to contact my local BBB.Hi Mary, We have checked our record in regards to Service Order # 42141687 and see that Replacement was approved by our Protection Agreement team. The only reason I am giving it a bad rating is because of the billing department. They seem to think I owe them money however, I paid it in full on that visit.
