  4. Very expensive zip tie

    Well they did fix the problem but I thought the $89 fee was for that. Cost an extra $100 to put in a zip tie. Ridiculous.

    Tech repaired 2 riding mowers...while mowing with one the front wheel came off....the other rider won't start and keep running....these are the same issues I was having before the repairs and had to wait 3 weeks for an appointment.....now I have to wait 2 and a half weeks for a new repair person
