  1. Poor customer service

    I think Sears can do a better job reserving a window for service than anytime between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm. The service man did not call me when en route and did not arrive until just before 4:00. The initial phone call was horrible, I had a hard time understanding the customer service person. I had to wait almost 2 weeks for service. I was just happy the service man was able to fix my washer without ordering parts.

  8. Intermittent problem -- still there not fixed

    We have an intermittent problem that requires one to turn power off to the dishwasher to resolve. Starts by itself on occasion. System was checked but no repair was made. Tech said covered for another 90 days. Issue is our warranty is over this week so we are on our own from here on in and I am not interested on extending warranty on a dishwasher that is 5 years old. Have had this dishwasher repaired or looked at 4-5 times. Also appeared to be an assembly issue with control box on inside of door -- clips broken and box dangling inside panel. This was not noted in repair ticket.

  10. Great work by repair man. Poor service from sears

    Service man assisted/identified problem with ice maker that I've reported often since July & never checked out by service man. Very poor delivery of parts. Took 3 months to get & then sent the wrong part. Also notified by sears that parts were in x2 never received & rescheduled service 3x. Since notified parts were in & not delivered I believe sears gave them to another customer x2. 2 service calls were cancelled & we were not notified until after waiting 4 hrs when I called & was informed of the cancellation.
