Very Professional and Polite
Being that we have always been able to trust and rely on our regular maintenance man, Virgil, we were a little skeptical to have someone new. However knowing Virgil made an extra effort to fill in Jakob, the new guy, before he came to our home made us much more comfortable and also grateful that they would go above & beyond to work together to get our long lasting issue finally taken solved! Jakob did a great job fixing our washer! He also made sure our dryer was back in place and our laundry room was in order before he completed the job and left. It spoke volumes to see that he took pride in his job as well as making sure our home was taken care of. He was extremely polite and respectful.
