Excellent Service
I was pleasantly surprised to find out that Sears still exists as a service provider for appliances and that my brand could be diagnosed. I thought that the price of the diagnosis was reasonable, and that I was presented with decent options. I would not hesitate to use Sears again.

Treadmill Maintenance Done Right
We were very happy with Stephen coming in to service our treadmill. He was very knowledgeable, courteous and professional and was able to answer all of our questions. In addition to adjusting the belt so our machine would not skip, he cleaned the safety key which was giving us issues.
