    He was here on the 1st. All it needed was Freon. He came in to check the filter and make sure the right temperature was coming out of the vents. He was here right at 1. Which made it good for me so I could run errands.

    Easy to book and my repair was done quickly. The only issue I had was my window for service was 1 to 5pm and the technician didn’t arrive until 7pm, He called me at 4:30pm to state he may not arrive until 5:30pm. Although I appreciated the call it was the only call I received. I had to call at 6:50pm to make sure they were still coming. I basically wasted a day waiting, which is frustrating. The technician was great though. Very professional and quickly diagnosed and repaired the problem.

    My lawn tractor wouldn't start. Turned out it was infested by mice who had packed the starter motor with leaves and grass. The repair man was fast and quickly resolved the issue. He was friendly and explained everything. He even changed the oil and put in new blades. My only complaint is Sears can not give you an accurate estimate of arrival time. My windows for arrival was between 8:00 AM and 5:30 PM. He actually arrived at 5:45 PM after we waited all day. Not his fault but Sears should have a better way of tracking so you don't have to waste a day waiting.
