  2. Labor rates are out of control

  4. Great service; not ideal accessibility

    Great service. The technician had excellent expertise: however it took about 3 weeks to get a technician to come to my housethen another week after that for him to come back and install the new part. That can be a big problem when a refrigerator is out. Having a qualified service tech available in a timely manner is key.

    I lady on phone was supposed to have parts ordered never did. Took two months to get parts and one was broke when it showed up. So now have to wait yet again for another part.
