John called me when he was at the job before mine so I would know that he would be coming to my house next. He was polite, friendly and professional and took a video to show me that my washing machine was properly working on all of the cycles and also said that the dryer button was pushed in and needed a service ticket, but he wasn't able to make it. He wasn't here very long since there wasn't really anything that he needed to fix, but he assured me that everything with my washing machine was in working order.

Delroy came to our apartment twice and tried to repair our microwave each time. Unfortunately each time the new electronic board did not work correctly. We are going back north so the repair will now have to wait until next January.
