Simply the BEST
It is a tribute to your company to employ such amazing and well trained service personnel. Last week Andre Luis for my dishwasher, today Yariel for my range. Both men polite, professional, skilled at their jobs and so pleasent and friendly. It a joy to sayy you I am thrilled to have Sears service for all 8 of my household appliances. I have for 20 years and will continue till I no longer have a home. Thank you. And as always Simply The BEST!

We have now had several visits with Andre being our service representative. He is on time, polite, skilled at his job and very professional in all aspects of his visits. He has solved all issues unless the part is no longer available and does all he can to provide amazing Service.
