    My Sears repair technicians have always been courteous, timely and clean. I use Sears Service because inviting Sears into my home feels like inviting a trusted "friend" into my home, rather than inviting a stranger into my home.

  5. Tech was terrific. The product sucks.

    The tech came on time and was very professional and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, the less than 2 year old Kenmore fridge had developed a Freon leak and compressor issues and could not be repaired at a reasonable cost. He explained what was wrong and the costs associated with repair in a clear and informative way. It's not his fault that Sears products no longer live up to their former reputation.

    Professional service, as always. Robert knew exactly what the problem was, explained everything and repaired it quickly. Also, and in my opinion very important, he has an extremely pleasant attitude. All this as well as his competence makes it easy to trust him and Sears. Thank you.

  8. Sears Systems are a one Star, Mechanic did a great Job, not the system..

    6 weeks without oven..would not recommend Sears products and their service system.
