  3. Worst experience we have ever had!

    First appointment, took the unit apart, advised he never worked on this type unit before, determined need to order part, we ordered and paid for service call and parts, he advised needs another specialist to help to repair & reschedule. Two subsequent appointments were cancelled and rescheduled without explanation by you. I was forced to get other service to diagnose. Advised me unit has more damage than Sears told me. Purchased new replacement unit and had installed by professionals. Have parts for which I am seeking cost reimbursement +

  6. A positive experience/resolution to my problem!

    My experience with the service and the technician was a good one. He was on time and efficient. It was an expense event to charge $125 just for a diagnosis plus the actual repair time/cost. I was very disappointed that I had to wait an extra week from my original appointment caused by a technician getting to an vehicle accident (not my problem) which was their fault and did absolutely nothing for the wait.

    Sears cancelled my appt. I confirmed parts and appt. when talking to reps they said I didn’t. When I finally got to a supervisor she said I did but could not change the new appt because a computer did it. When I asked for her ( kay) supervisor she said he does not take phone calls. Know wonder sears is in trouble. Do you think i’ll Buy at sears again? Service tech was great.
