C&E people are excellent
I don't know how many emails I've had from Sears re-scheduling appointments - it's AI gone mad. C&E can't stick to whenever Sears think they should appear - what outside vendor could. However, C&E have Barbara in the office and other excellent people so the visit is eventually scheduled to my satisfaction. Absolutely no complaints about C&E techs - for instance the ducting from my dryer is now anchored better than it was thanks to the excellent service and work ethic. Good to know I have a reliable service to call directly if I have trouble with any of the appliances not covered under the Sears plan - and I hope that for service under the Sears plan, I'll still be able to get C&E to come out and take care of things.

Another great service experience for our Kenmore Freezer
Jermaine arrived promptly within receiving a text message that he was on his way. This was a follow up visit and I explained to him what was happening. He quickly diagnosed the issue and had a suitable part in his truck. Nothing needed to be ordered. He explained everything he was doing, He also did another check (beyond what the service was for) to make sure there wasn't any potential problem. He was very considerate and moved items back to their original location. Friendly and helpful and efficient. I would highly recommend Jermaine for appliance repair work.

Home Service Review for Wayne
Wayne arrived on time. Went downstairs directly to the Kenmore Washing Machine and ran it through a complete cycle of wash. Then he had me load the machine. If problem appears within 30 days, I should call for service man to return. Wayne reminded of that last statement.

21 year old freezer issue resolved-Jermaine was fantastic
We have a 21 year old Kenmore freezer in garage that just stopped working. Thought it was going to be bad news or difficult to find someone who could service it. I found a Sears repair center online. Very easy to book. The technician came EXACTLY on time. He diagnosed the issue right away. He had to order a part which came about a week later. Again , he came EXACTLY as he said he would a week ago….at 8am. He was polite, efficient and explained what he was doing. He was finished this second time in about 15 minutes. Left his work area clean. Wished us a good weekend. I would highly recommend this company. The price of the repair was updated with me in real time. I did not pay more than what I was quoted.
