Did not get the problem fixed. Refrigerator still not cooling down. After waiting a month to get it fixed. I called to let them know they did not get it fixed and told me I would have to wait over another month for an appointment for them to look at it again. You would think they would get the job done right, before going on to the next mess. They just don't care about their customers like they use to. I have always gone to Sears when I was in need but this is going to change my mind. You would think they would want get back out to finish a job right away? They got their money so they will get back out when it is convenience for them. The problem has not been fixed. It is taking too long for someone to come back to the house . I gave model number ans serial number of my broken oven when i requested service. Technician already new parts where unavailable but not letting me know until he collectsd my service money then said cant fix my oven. He could have called and said cant get oarts for my oven ahead of time. No wonder sears is going out of business Money hungry over customer service.We apologize for the difficulties your recent service has caused. Sears warranty sucks! This will be the third visit for the same exact problem! I have children and haven’t had a good working fridge since April of 2020.
