    Ryan was our service tech who was so professional and so friendly. He explained the issues with our dryer in a way we could understand. He was fast, efficient and didn’t mind our pesky pets. Thanks for the great service.

  3. Took too long, poor communication and follow up.

    Had to follow up myself with parts, every week for 4 weeks. Given run around by both repair company and sears themselves. Was originally told it would take a week tops, super common propblem with this model.

    Inspection and installation scheduling failed...there is no communication in your office. Canceling 5 minutes at the end of th e bisiness day its not acceptable.

  10. Terrible experience getting my refrigerator serviced

    This refrigerator was a lemon. Warranteed did not do a good job servicing my refrigerator in a timely manner. It's been 4 months now and my refrigerator still doesn't work. Wait time on customer service is bad and so is getting a service appointment. Takes about 5 weeks to complete each service claim .takes 4 claims to get a replacement refrigerator. Timing is really bad.
