The technician came and went. My appliances have not been repaired. I paid for ine repair visit and agreed to a second appliance’s cleaning and maintenance option for $50. The appointment was for anywhere between 8 am - 12 noon. The technician calls around 1 pm and starts questioning me if I paid $100 for the second appliance cleaning/maintenance option. I said I dealt with “billing” with the scheduling person over the phone. I don’t need to talk to you about that! You weren’t here between 8 - 12 when you were supposed to be here. You’re late! Why are you talking “billing” with me? You’re the technician! Just show up and do the repair! Well he showed up and said he couldn’t fix anything and he forgot to bring the hose to clean the refrigerator! What a useless technician he is! Not sure why he’s on their staff. I wrote his name down if Sears is interested in who provides lousy service to their customers. What did I pay for? Nothing! I made an appointment for my day off a week ago, a Saturday. The Sears technition never came (my door was wide open and the house filled with workers who would have told him how to get me (How do I know? I had someone come today for a different service and that is what the workers did.) I waited until 15 minutes past my, adjusted by SEARS established time(12:30) to try to reach SEARS and was only able to reach computers. After over an hour of trying by pushing a different button each time I called, I got someone in sales who then forwarded me to a human. Got hung up on 2 times during transfers. Bottom line, an appointment was made for me without consultation to find if I worked that day (I do.) I was told the new assignment was made and I could not get service on my origional day and would need to make a new appointment. My frustration is magnified by the fact that I could not attend a class I had wanted to go to. Lose, lose, lose for me.Dear Joanne, We apologize for the difficulties your recent service has caused.
