  1. Terrible service!

    The first technician didn't check all components of the malfunctioning dryer. The second one only recommended a new one but I also got billed twice for the service, even when the second service was within warranty period of 90 days. Now, good luck trying to contact Sears to clarify that! Note to self - never use Sears Service any more!!!

    Julio did a great job. After he found the problem he explained everything to us and what we can do in the future to prevent this from reoccurring. He also explained in detail what we can do to maintain the longevity of our washer and dryer.

    WE had problems with dispatch, but the repairman, who arrived within a week of the refrigerator failure was totally competent, and the Kenmore Elite refrigerator is performing perfectly, and is actually quieter with the new compressor than it had been since bought in 2015.
