It took two days to get service man here due to a previous Appt. that went overtime. But the serviceman called both on that day and on day he came to let us know time to expect him. Once here, he fixed the problem and was professional. We were very pleased!!Thank you for taking the time to leave us your rating. We love to see that you had a wonderful experience and that your Technician was able to provide you with the quality service we strive for daily. We appreciate your business and look forward to assisting you in the future.

I paid $??? to have applicances cleaned and maintained. For $??? it means the dryer, the back of the freezer and under the fridge was vaccumed. That was it. Was it noticed that the stove's 'power' burner isn't at full power and that it takes awhile to ignite? Was it noticed that hot water isn't coming out hot from the washer? Was it noticed that both the dryer and fridge gaskets were torn? I am assuming not because there isn't a report stating those items nor was I given a way to fix/replace them if I wanted to.Hi Kim,We apologize for the difficulties your recent service has caused.
