  2. Great technician

    I had another company out and was told just to buy a new washer. Decided to call you and the technician Dan came out and was very friendly. He replaced the belt and washer has been running just like new. So happy we had a second opinion and a technician that really understood the issue with the washer and fixed it. Will definitely recommend your company.

  4. Good Tech Service- Difficulty with Communication Between me and Sears

    I thought the tech support was good but I think it is very difficult to communicate with SEars Customer Service. It was very difficult to reach customer service by phone . The initial appointment was made by phone but then all phone options were not a good fit for asking questions. I did use chat and one time the agent said something to the affect I hope you don't have anything else. I questioned this and then they said, Do you have anything else?

  5. No service

    The technician did not show up on the day they were scheduled, nor did anyone from Sears let us know they were not coming. We had to call and after spending an hour on your automated system and finally getting to a person from a foreign country they said we had to wait two more weeks. After that we asked to speak to a supervisor and we were told no. We called back and then we were told they’d call back in 48 hours. They never did we called back and they said they’d call back in two hours they never did. We are extremely disappointed with Sears
