Tam did a great job fixing my refrigerator. He gets a five star rating. He had to order parts , so he came back once the parts came in to fix it. Originally, I was very disappointed with the Sears AI only option to have a tech come out. They canceled on me 3× . Three days. I sat here waiting and finally it was assigned to Tam on the fourth time and he came out. AI was the only way to reschedule . The options were not helpful at all. It wouldn’t let me change my address on there. It was a nightmare.. The outcome finally turned out good thank you Tam.
