    The tech diagnosed and repaired the range in just minutes. He is a great asset to your company. The cost was a little higher than I expected, however he explained various warranty plans that would drastically reduce future repairs to all kitchen appliances.

    On Wednesday the December 18th, my refrigerator stopped working. I call Sears for repair service. They sent someone out around 3:30 that same afternoon. After a single test, I was told that the motherboard had gone out on my refrigerator. After checking his phone, the repairman total me that there was not a replacement locally and that a replacement would be shipped directly to me from the manufacturer in KOREA! I waited two weeks and then called Sears to find out what was going on with my replacement. I was transferred SIX times before finding someone who knew what was going on. I was told that they were doing a search for a replacement as the manufacturer had NONE. The search was scheduled to last 3 weeks and that they had one week to go. In the meantime, I'm without a kitchen refrigerator. They finally emailed me on the afternoon of January 8th, 2020 that they were going to give me an "allowance" of $1300 to buy a new one since mine couldn't be repaired. The problem with that was I had paid 1/2 that amount MORE when I had bought the refrigerator 16 months ago. We are still working on resolving this issue and it's now January 10, 2020. In the meantime, I was never contacted that the manufacturer had NO replacements until I called them. I had no problems with the initial service call.
