Joel let us know about when he would be here and he was. I quickly assessed the situation and took time to explain/show my wife and me what happened with the LG washing machine. The LG dryer he said was in excellent condition and only suggested we vacuum out the exhaust vent which we will hire him to do.

All techs that came out were so nice, friendly, and solved our door issue. The part came in defective but whatevernthe first tech put in the door frame to keep it together, it is still Holding and we will see if it is a longterm fix instead of getting another front panel that may do the same thing.
