This Gentle is truly a professional, came right in diagnosis the problem and had it repaired quickly. Also tested the appliance and cleaned up. Great will call on Sears and him again.

Scott O’Brien was great and we’d rely on him again in a heartbeat. My wife and I must say, however, the service over the phone (not Scott) was highly disorganized. We had all the parts we needed to repair our refrigerator weeks ago, but we were assured by operators that a third package was still being processed. This was highly inconvenient and shook our confidence in purchasing an LG product in the future.
