They told me they made me an appointment for a specific date and that the window of time was between 8:00am and 5:00pm. I sat at home waiting all day, seeing my time updated to later and later in the day until I get a notification at 4:50pm that my appointment has been rescheduled “due to my request”. I never asked for it to be rescheduled and they made it for a day I was unable to sit at home and wait for them all day. Do not use this service.

The technician Markeith, called and verified with me that he was an hour away. He never came and I received and email that stated charges for services rendered with me agreeing and some M M signature that supposed to be mine. How unethical and down right illegal to pose as the customer and signed for me!!! He never came to my house as discussed. It was 11:05 am when we spoke and he was an hour away and it’s now 12:56 pm. Yet I get emails saying service rendered and diagnostic is completed without him showing up. SIGNING MY NAME SAYING HE CAME - LIAR
