The technician left without ensuring the repair was effective and finished. He promised my wife the refrigerator would “turn on” in a few minutes then left. When the refrigerator started showing the exact same error code it was showing before he replaced a part I tried to call him and he sent me straight to voicemail. The least he could have done was stayed around to make sure the unit worked but apparently he didn’t care enough. He has been a complete disappointment.
