I am so thankful after weeks and weeks of the run around that Joey was finally sent to repair my oven. He was very professional and got the problem fixed.. unlike the first man that was sent. I had been put off and lied to over and over since the beginning, this whole experience made me to never want to buy anything from Lowes again and for sure not the extended warranty.
