We were satisfied after someone finally did come to fix our refrigerator. The first repairman only lied about his coming to our aid for 2 weeks. The repairman that finally came was wonderful, thorough, friendly, informative and aided us in the case if we needed more repairs. Extremely happy from that. The 1000 calls run around that we did to get a repairman was horrible experience prior to gettinga repairman. Thank u for what was done for us that was right and pleasant.

Johnathan tried to make me buy a compressor for my GE Refrigerator by aggressively using urgency & pressure phases like “You have to make a decision on the spot & you have to make a decision before I leave”. He was pushing me to respond immediately & it raised a red flag. I went with another company & the repair was only a relay switch & fan reboot. Johnathan quoted me a price of $1,400 plus dollars for a compressor which was not the problem. He was aggressive & appearance was unkept, he leaned on my food cooler I had draining in my sink & cracked it. He took screws off my refrigerator back panel & did not replace all of them. I will not do business with this company because of unethical business practices. Service personnel please stop trying to intimidate senior citizens, we are the new generation of seniors & we’re not having it.
