I paid for a service repair to come out and tell me what was wrong with my refrigerator or fix it. He said he couldn’t get the parts. He told me what was wrong. I bought the parts rescheduled now. He told me that it could be an inverter it could be the compressor so basically he didn’t know what was wrong with my refrigerator and I pay for them to come out to diagnose the problem. I am very disappointed and he canceled the second appointment himself because he said it was no need of him coming back. I am truly a unsatisfied customer.

Incredulous 5 day additional delay in scheduling repair visit after the service provider cancelled my first repair appointment for air conditioning repair during hot humid weather in Alabama over a holiday weekend when I had friends visiting for several days! The AI virtual agent “Richard” that rescheduled my appointment was a joke and kept moving my appointment farther out instead of soonest available. Not at all happy with scheduling but very pleased with technician that did the repair.

This have been the worst experience of my time. I request service on 2/10/26 and a tech came out on 2/12/26 and diagnosed the problem and i haven't see them since and today is 3/16/26. They have reschedule repair at least 16 times the min. and they sent me a receipt saying the repairs have been done and they have not. No communicates only by text or email to tell me they reschedule after the fact every time they suppose to come to my home. They suppose came out today but instead they sent an email stated the the repair have been done. Again no call no show. I wont recommend them if they was the last one one earth.

Johnathan tried to make me buy a compressor for my GE Refrigerator by aggressively using urgency & pressure phases like “You have to make a decision on the spot & you have to make a decision before I leave”. He was pushing me to respond immediately & it raised a red flag. I went with another company & the repair was only a relay switch & fan reboot. Johnathan quoted me a price of $1,400 plus dollars for a compressor which was not the problem. He was aggressive & appearance was unkept, he leaned on my food cooler I had draining in my sink & cracked it. He took screws off my refrigerator back panel & did not replace all of them. I will not do business with this company because of unethical business practices. Service personnel please stop trying to intimidate senior citizens, we are the new generation of seniors & we’re not having it.
