Tech came to fix problem with helper. After replacing the part, and supposedly "fixing" the problem , they then cleaned out the dryer. Super informative on that but my problem wasn't fixed. told me it was good to go without fully testing to see if the repair worked. They then left. I went to go start the washer and discovered they hadn't plugged it back in, ran out to get them and have them plug it back up. They left and I ran a cycle on the washer, but they had turned the water off, so I had to do that myself. As it ran through the same code that made me call in the first place came back up. In addition they failed to secure my dryer as it was before they came. So now I have no washer and a dryer that could shake off the base. Best part, they want to send the same tech back out.....

Employee was nice but issue not solved. Asked fot supervisor name tel and was DENIED this information Prior technician fixed one thing and damaged what Juan could not More than 3 weeks with broken washing machine. STILL WAITING FOR IT TO GET FIXED! Jean AL/pr

Our Bosch dishwasher is under warranty, so we have no choice but to use and continue using Sears Appliance Repair. In early November we contacted Sears about our dishwasher. Two weeks later , a repairman came. He determined the problem and ordered the needed part. Three service calls and two cancellations later, (one because the truck broke down and no reason given for the second) He same repairman returned on January 23 and decided two more parts were needed. He is scheduled to return on February 2. We have contacted Sears on three different occasions to express our concerns about the ongoing delays. Each time they apologized for our inconvenience. While we appreciate their “concern”, we still have a dishwasher that we cannot use.

Michael The technician was wonderful. Sears Home Services on the other hand were the worst company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Your calls go through to a call center in Asia and because of their failure to manage the service I was without a working washing for nearly 6 weeks!!! An absolute disaster! Sadly Home Depot warranty forced me to use this company but I would never willingly use them again.
