Your technician was very professional and diagnosed the issue with the washer in a timely manner. Although it was not a good outcome on the pricing to repair, we appreciate his knowledge of the issues. We now know of a company to call in the future to diagnose issues with our appliances and not be pressured to allow them to do the repairs.
