I was concerned that my ice maker was broken, but after my Repair woman checked it over, she let me know that the problem was too much food in the refrigerator & this was blocking the ducts and causing the temperature to go up and the ice maker not to work. I would definitely recommend her to others!!

Very polite and knowledgeable about HVAC. Gave me step by instruction on how and why or why not my HVAC unit works. In my case, not working and seems cannot be fixed. However he did his best.

The technician was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable about what he had to do to repair my washer. He took the time to explain to me the problem with the washer and what he intended to do to fix it. With ordering parts, it only took about 1 week for him to come back and complete all the work
