Took a whole day off work last week for a CONFIRMED appointment only to have nobody show up, also did not receive any communication letting me know a tech would not be coming, I could’ve went on in to work had I known nobody was coming, technician finally shows up today and does repair my microwave but leaves it broken, asked him about a piece that was melted and he said he had no idea what it was and did not offer a solution to get it replaced, not very happy with my experience with Sears repair service!

Carolyn never showed up today!!! Based on other google reviews…seems like this happened before! Got a receipt and invoice showing the tech was here to fix it but was never even here! The invoice even had the wrong type of fridge and charged us for a service call. We have outside cameras which clearly shows no one was here. Now I have to reschedule again for September when this was already rescheduled because Sears canceled last week!

The lady who came out, did not want to help me with my fridge. The first thing that came out of her mouth was " I am not going to be hers long" without even looking at my fridge. I never want her in my home again.

This technician has attempted to fix this icemaker four times now. It does not work. It gets worse every time. And I’m not sure it’s her fault. What she said to me was that the only thing that she was allowed to do is to replace the parts. She could not recommend replacement of the entire refrigerator, even though it is clear that that’s what needs to happen. She said the only thing that she could recommend is for us to ask for a different technician. I think she means well, I’m sure she’s very experienced. But this refrigerator has been broken and tried to be fixed over the last 3 to 4months. There’s no reason for this type of delay in assessing that this refrigerator can’t be fixed and in fact should be replaced.
