Jimmy was great. He made a courtesy call to let me know he was on the way and arrive at the time he estimated. He proceeded to install the equipment ordered by the 1st tech that came out to diagnose the issue. He determined that the initial diagnosis was incorrect. He actually opened up the back of the refrigerator to look inside to determine which part was not working properly, unlike the first tech who did not actually look inside. Smh. My repair has now turned into a replacement, which could have started two weeks ago, if 1st tech had taken time to correctly diagnose problem. Thanks Jimmy, you're the real MVP!

Stephen was professional and knowledgeable. He was able to narrow down the problem. It's unfortunate that our double oven needs a part that has been discontinued, so a repair wasn't done.

A previous technician had installed a new ice maker incorrectly. The new technician reinstalled the parts correctly in much shorter time. If I use your service again I would hope that it is Carolyn.
