Juan came back to repair our dryer again after the first repair lasted 24 hours. He was very efficient and very thorough in checking everything. He figured out what the problem was this time, and he had the parts on his truck to correct it. We appreciate his help in getting our repair completed and allowing us to start using our dryer again.

Michael was Fantastic!!! He was very thorough and neat when he was repairing my washer. Actually had a trainee with him and I could tell he enjoyed his job just by him explaining the details to his trainee

Michael was professional from start to finish. On our first phone call he diagnosed what he thought was wrong and turns out he was correct. He got our parts approved with AHS and the were ordered the same day. He communicated the next steps and returned the next week to install the parts. He made the process EASY and also gave me tips on how to prolong the life of my washer. Give this man a RAISE!!!
